This past weekend I was going through some old podcasts, and found one which I thought would benefit all of my IITGI friends! It’s called Balancing Food and Fitness, where Chef Mark talks with Donna Mintz of Basil & Barbells. It’s interesting, because this isn’t one of those “eat nothing exercise all of the time” lectures (it’s from a Chef, for gods sake)
